Abstract

A. Suspension à modules. L'invention porte sur 3 parties. Il y a d'abord un élément amortisseur adaptable dans tous les amortisseurs classiques; d'une grande simplicité, cet élément assure une loi optimale d'amortissement. Il y a ensuite le module de suspension qui combine en un seul élément des fonctions d'élasticité, d'amortissement et de guidage. Un tel module peut se substituer sur tout véhicule au couple ressort-amortisseur ; ce module peut également assurer la suspension et le guidage de charge utile de siège, etc Il y a ensuite la partie suspension à modules qui consiste en un arrangement, ceux-ci permettant d'en tirer tous les avantages possibles au niveau dynamique des suspensions. Il existe trois versions de suspensions adaptables à tous les véhicules motos y compris. B. Un module est constitué d'un axe plongeur ayant deux parties de diamètre différent, cet axe traverse via deux joints et deux paliers de guidage, une cavité contenant un fluide légèrement compressible qu'il pressurise plus ou moins en translatant. L'amortissement est assuré par un piston fixé au milieu de l'axe plongeur, comme on peut le voir d'après le dessin, un tel piston assure l'amortissement par laminage sur le diamètre extérieur de ses extrémités uniquement à l'approche des butées et lors de la majeure partie de la course de retour. Ceci permet de réduire au minimum les accélérations transmises au châssis.
