Abstract

Cette invention concerne un dispositif permettant une libération entretenue d'une composition médicamenteuse. Ce dispositif comprend un médicament vétérinaire soluble dans l'eau, dispersé dans une feuille de polymère insoluble dans l'eau, cette feuille ayant une dimension et une composition telles qu'elle soit capable d'être comprimée jusque dans une position permettant l'administration orale et qu'elle puisse, dans la panse d'un animal, se déplacer par rapport à cette position pour retenir la composition dans cette panse. Un dispositif de ce type est utilisable notamment pour traiter les ruminants, en particulier à l'aide d'un anthelmintique.
