Abstract

The incinerator toilet has a two-part housing (1, 2) in which a burner arrangement, a fan unit, and an electric control device for controlling the incineration cycle are arranged. An exhaust air duct (51) is connected to the housing and an inlet (14) is provided for introducing the waste to be incinerated. A pan (4) accommodated in an isolated manner in a lower part of the housing has an incineration chamber (7). A fire-proof guard plate (10) lies removably on the lower part (1) of the housing and covers the incineration chamber (7). The burner arrangement (32), the fan unit (27) and the electric control device (59) are fastened on said guard plate (10) and with the latter form an exchange unit. Since all the parts of the incinerator toilet which are important for operation are mounted on the guard plate and, together with the latter, form an exchange unit, repair and service work can be carried out without difficulty.
