Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil à bouillir un liquide. Cet appareil comprend une chambre comportant une entrée et une sortie pour l'entrée d'un liquide non chauffé et pour la sortie d'un liquide chauffé, un certain nombre d'électrodes dans cette chambre, chaque paire d'électrodes adjacentes étant raccordée à trois phases différentes d'une source d'énergie électrique, et un moyen pour essuyer la surface de travail de chaque électrode. L'invention peut par exemple servir à chauffer de l'eau.
