Abstract

Système permettant de guider le roulage sur piste des avions et de contrôler le trafic au sol correspondant. Il comporte des capteurs le long des pistes 21 et dont la structure est déterminée selon quatre branches (2A, 2B, 2C, 2D disposées en croix de sorte que les données correspondant aux instants de passage t0, t1, t2, t3 des roues latérales 22, 23 de l'avion 20 permettent, par un calcul simple opéré par traitement électronique des signaux détectés, d'élaborer des instructions de guidage et de contrôle comportant : écart de cap DELTA C, vitesse V avec son sens, écart latéral DELTA E et complémentairement, des consignes ou ordres tels que : variations du cap, variation de la vitesse, arrêt d'urgence, sortie de piste.
