Frein à disque comportant une pièce intercalaire, pour une installation avec frein de service et frein d'arrêt ou de secours Le dispositif comprend un carter 1, un porte-carter 2, un piston 4 de frein de service, un piston 5 de frein d'arrêt, une pièce intercalaire 6, les pièces 5 et 6 coopérant à l'aide de dents obliques telles que 5a Le vérin 7 agit sur la pièce 6. L'ensemble comporte également des jantes de frein 12, 13, des garnitures 14, 15, des disques de frein 16, 17, une chambre de frein de service 19, une chambre de frein d'arrêt 23, des réservoirs 18 et 22, une soupape 20 commandée par la pédale et une soupape 24 de frein à main.
