Abstract

L'invention concerne l'art médical et en particulier un tube endotrachéal de ventilation artificielle modifié pour aspirer des sécrétions endobronchiques sans interrompre la ventilation. Le tube modifié comporte une dérivation tubulaire dans laquelle on peut engager un tube classique d'aspiration tout en maintenant dans les poumons une pression de ventilation positive continue et ce, grâce à des valves anti-retour flexibles analogues aux valvules cardiaques du type aortique ou mitral. L'emploi du tube modifié permet d'effectuer la ventilation artificielle avec plus de sûreté tant durant une opération qu'en unité de ranimation.
