Abstract

Compositions intraveineuses contenant un agent antimicrobien. Les compositions spécialement adaptées à l'administration intraveineuse à l'homme ou à des animaux inférieurs comprennent : a. Une quantité efficace et non toxique d'un agent carboxylate antimicrobien, sans propionate, pharmaceutiquement acceptable et soluble dans l'eau; b. Une quantité nutritive d'une substance nutritive et; c. Le complément comprenant de l'eau apyrogène. Alimentation par voie parentérale d'un homme ou d'un animal inférieur avec une incidence minimale d'infection bactérienne ou mycosique.
