Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'une semelle intérieure résistant à l'usure. On forme une nappe de fibres chargée de carbone actif par dépôt à l'air sur une étoffe résistant à l'usure. On en effectue une première imprégnation par un liant à base de latex et l'on fait migrer le liant de l'intérieur de la nappe à ses surfaces, et l'on durcit le liant par application de la chaleur, de façon à former une semelle intérieure perméable à l'air. On effectue une seconde imprégnation en revêtant la surface extérieure de la section d'étoffe résistant à l'usure de liant à base de latex renfermant suffisamment d'agent mouillant pour faire pénétrer le liant à travers l'étoffe et à l'intérieur de la surface de la nappe, et l'on durcit le liant par chauffage. Application aux semelles intérieures réduisant les odeurs de transpiration des pieds.
