Abstract

The system provides pressurised cleaning pipes distributing beer, soft drinks etc., these being discharged from a keg etc. by gas delivered into the latter under pressure from a further piping system. Both piping systems are equipped with stop valves. The distribution piping system is connected to the pressure piping system by piping parallel to the keg, and this latter piping in turn is connected to a pressure water pipe system. The different pipe systems each have valves enabling either water or gas under pressure to be admitted to the distribution pipe system. Ultrasonic generators can be mounted on the outside wall of the distribution system, these being operated when the system is full of water.
