1430815 Beer dispensing apparatus J SALES 25 Oct 1973 [28 Nov 1972 9 Aug 1973] 49849/73 Heading F1R To permit cleaning of the pipes connected to a barrel from which beer is dispensed under gaseous pressure maintained in the barrel, the dip tube 2 is provided with a foot valve 5 which closes when cleaning liquid is introduced at 1. In a second embodiment the valve is provided in a head adapted to be connected to a barrel having a built-in dip tube Fig. 3 (not shown).
