Abstract

On ajoute à la liqueur sucrée une quantité efficace pour floculer les impuretés d'une combinaison d'un colloïde acide de mélamine-formaldéhyde et d'un polyacrylamide dont environ 3 à 40 moles % des motifs sont sous forme de groupes acrylate de sodium et ayant un poids moléculaire d'au moins environ 0,5 million, puis on clarifie la liqueur sucrée. L'invention permet en particulier une clarification économique avec une diminution des pertes de sucre.
