Abstract

A trolley for moving loads, partic. liquefied gas bottles, has its wheels (2) mounted on a shaft (11) at the apex of a triangle formed by two support plates (12, 13) and slides (10). The support plate (12) is pivoted about a fixed shaft (14) and the support plate (13) pivoted about a shaft (15) slidable along and lockable to the slides (10). Thus the centre of gravity of the loaded trolley may be adjusted so that the risk of toppling is reduced. The slidable shaft (15) is situated above the fixed shaft (14). The floor (3), the retaining member (4) for the bottles, and the handle (5) are pivoted about shafts (17, 19, 19) to lie along the chassis (1).
