Abstract

The solar-hated house has a solar heat collector with heating fluid, with means for storing the latter and transferring the heat from it to the air inside the house. The storage units are situated at the bottom of the house and in the centre of it, and the air circulates naturally by convection in the various rooms to be heated, and also past the storage units. The walls surrounding the storage units can have openings in them connecting them to the rooms to be heated, both at top and bottom, and can be mounted clear of them to allow air to flow upwards between. The sides of the units themselves are of heat-conductive material.
