Abstract

The ladder for use in cable ducts, has longerons of angle iron (12, 13) and rungs of inverted 'U' section (21, 22), the rungs fitting onto the longerous via lugs engaging apertures to be permanently locked in place via a flap (131) of the longeron leg. Pref the angle iron longerons are placed with vertical legs (13) external and horizontal legs (12) facing one another, and have two longitudinally interspaced apertures (121) cut in the angle (11) of the horizontal legs (12). The rung has basally rebated extremeties (212) including a terminal lug (211) on each flange (21) for the initial fitment.
