Abstract

A three way tap with a vertical spindle has one liquid passage freely open on one side and its exterior and interior surfaces are coated with elastomer material. The body opposite an opening is large enough to block each way. Raised parts (10) of the elastomer ensure sealing between the valve and the body(1). The valve is retained at the bottom by a screwed flange(17) with similar projection (16). Further sealing is given similarly by a part(5), with a projection top and bottom.
