Abstract

The cleaning sheet comprises a substrate with tensile elastic modulus 0.01-10 kg/mm2 (i.e. rubber-elastic) and a surface coating layer of F-contg. resin. Cleaning effect is better than with resin or elastomer alone, so that the photosensitive matt can be reused. Powder can also be reused since it is not contaminated with bristles etc. as when a brush is used. Resin is e.g. polyvinyl(idene) fluoride or PTFE.
