Claims (6)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en förening med den allraänna formeIn I -0 HO. X. X. n Ri I i icke-racemisk form (dvs. som en enda enantiomer eller enantio-merblandning, där den ena enantiomeren är förhärskande), i vilken forme1 Rx är en fenylgrupp, som kan vara substituerad med en eller flera halogenatomer; R2 är väte eller en halogenatom; och R3 är en rakkedig eller förgrenad alkylgrupp, med högst 6 kolato-mer, kännetecknat därav, att en koncentrerad stark syra tillsätts en blandning av en icke-racemisk förening med den allmänna formeln II V°\ OH II | H 1 R3 N \R2 där Rx, R2 och R3 avser det samma som i det ta krav, i en mängd som är tillräcklig för att katalysera en deprotektions/cyklo-dehydratiseringsreaktion.
