Claims (7)
1. Förfarande för behandling av ett fluorescerande ämne som är försett med ett skyddande skikt, innan det 5 inkluderas i en beläggningssuspension för en lampa, k ä n-netecknat därav, att det omfattar följande steg: steg 1: det fluorescerande ämnet som är försett med ett skyddande oxidskikt upphettas vid en temporatur pä 700 - 850 eC, under 15 minuter - 20 timmar, varvid man 10 förhindrar att oxidskiktet hos nämnda fluorescerande ämne förändras ogynnsamt vid den föjande vattenbaserade suspen-sionsbehandlingen, och varvid nämnda fluorescerande ämne ej förändras ogynnsamt; steg 2: man avkyler produkten frän steg 1; och 15 steg 3: man tillsätter produkten frän steg 2 tili en vattenbaserad suspension.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att det fluorescerande ämnet utgörs av manganaktiverat zinksilikat. 20
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n β ίε c k n a t därav, att det fluorescerande ämnet utgörs av antimonmanganaktiverat kalciumhalogenfosfat.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2 eller 3, kännetecknat därav, att nämnda skyddande skikt 25 innehäller närmast aluminiumoxid.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2 eller 3, kännetecknat därav, att nämnda upphettning sker vid en temperatur pä ca 750 °C under ca fyra timmar.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2 eller 3, 30 kännetecknat därav, att nämnda upphettning sker vid en temperatur pä ca 850 °C under ca en timme.
