Claims (15)

PATENTTIVAATIMUKSET
1. Suuritiheyksinen paperi, jonka neliömassa on ISO 536:2012 -standardin mukaisesti mitattuna 30 - 75 g/m? ja tiheys on ISO 534:2011 -standardin mukais- esti mitattuna yli 1 000 kg/m’, ja jossa suuriti- heyksinen paperi on kyllästetty kummallekin puolelle 0,3 - 4,0 g/m, kuten 0,5 - 3,0 g/m’, polymeeriä, joka on valittu ryhmästä, joka koostuu polyvinyylialko- holista (PVCH) , etyleenivinyylialkoholista (EVCH) , karboksimetyloidusta selluloosasta (CMC), nan- okiteisestä selluloosasta (NCC) ja karboksimetyyl- itärkkelyksestä (CMS).
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen suuriti- heyksinen paperi, joka on valmistettu ainakin 50 kuivapainoprosenttisesta kraftmassasta, kuten ainakin 75 kuivapainoprosenttisesta kraftmassasta, kuten ainakin 85 kuivapainoprosenttisesta kraftmassasta, kuten ainakin 95 kuivapainoprosenttisesta kraftmas- sasta.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen suur- itiheyksinen paperi, jossa 20 - 65 kuivapainoprosent- tia, kuten 30 - 60 kuivapainoprosenttia, paperimas- sasta, jota on käytetty suuritiheyksisen paperin valmistamiseksi, on lehtipuumassaa.
4. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuk- sista mukainen suuritiheyksinen paperi, jossa 35 - 80 kuivapainoprosenttia, kuten 40 - 70 kuivapaino- prosenttia, paperimassasta, jota on käytetty suuriti- heyksisen paperin valmistamiseksi, on havupuumassaa, edullisesti havupuuta, joka on altistettu sakeamassan (HC) jauhatukselle.
5. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuk- sista mukainen suuritiheyksinen paperi, jossa on yläkerros ja alakerros.
6. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuk- sista mukainen suuritiheyksinen paperi, jossa neliömassa on ISO 536:2012 -standardin mukaisesti mit-
attuna 35 - 65 g/m’.
7. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuk- sista mukainen suuritiheyksinen paperi, jonka Schop- per-Riegler-luku (°SR) on ISO 5267-1:1999 -standardin mukaisesti mitattuna 33 - 50, kuten 35 - 45, pulp- peroinnin jälkeen, joka on suoritettu ISO 5263-1:2004 -standardin mukaisesti.
8. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuk- sista mukainen suuritiheyksinen paperi, jonka hienoainepitoisuus on L&W Fibretester+ -laitteella (ABB, Lorentzen & Wettre, Ruotsi) mitattuna alle 40 %, kuten alle 34 %, kuten alle 32 %, pulpperoinnin jäl- keen, joka on suoritettu ISO 5263-1:2004 -standardin mukaisesti, jossa hienoaineksen määritellään olevan kuituisia hiukkasia, joiden pituus on lyhyempi kuin 0,2 mm.
9. Menetelmä suuritiheyksisen paperin valmistamiseksi, jonka neliömassa on ISO 536:2012 - standardin mukaisesti mitattuna 30 - 75 g/m ja tiheys on ISO 534:2011 -standardin mukaisesti mitattuna yli 1 000 kg/m', mainitun menetelmän käsittäessä vaiheet, joissa: = kyllästetään paperisubstraatin kumpikin puoli 0,3 - 4,0 g/m, kuten 0,5 - 3,0 g/m, polymeeriä, joka valitaan ryhmästä, joka koostuu polyvinyylialkoholista (PVOH) , etyleenivinyylialkoholista (EVOH), karboksi- metyloidusta selluloosasta (CMC), nan- okiteisestä selluloosasta (NCC) ja karboksi- metyylitärkkelyksestä (CMS), kyllästetyn sub- straatin saamiseksi; ja — superkalanteroidaan kyllästetty substraatti suuritiheyksisen paperin saamiseksi.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen menetelmä, jossa polymeeri on PVOH:ta, jonka painokeskiarvo- molekyylipaino (M,) on alle 100 000 g/mol.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 tai 10 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kyllästämisvaihe käsittää polymeeriä käsittävän vesipitoisen koostumuksen lisäämisen pa- perisubstraatin kummallekin puolelle, ja jossa vesip- itoisen koostumuksen viskoosisuus on 60 °C:ssa mitat- tuna 55 - 90 mPa*s.
12. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 9 - 11 mukainen menetelmä, jossa superkalanterointivaiheeseen saapuvan kyllästetyn substraatin kosteuspitoisuus on 11,0 % - 20,0 %, edullisesti 12,0 % -— 19,0 %, edullisemmin 13,5 % - 18,0 %.
13. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 9 - 12 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kyllästämisvaihe suoritetaan kalvopuristimella.
14. Päällystetty paperi, joka käsittää jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1 - 8 mukaista suuritiheyksistä paperia, jossa suuritiheyksisen paperin pinta on varustettu sulkukalvolla, joka käsittää polyvinyylialkoholia (PVOH), etyleenivinyylialkoholia (EVOH), tärkkelystä tai tärkkelysjohdannaista, nano- tai mikrokuituista selluloosaa, polyvinylideeniklor- idia (PVDC) tai polyamidia.
15. Monikerrosmateriaalin käyttö elintar- viketuotteen tai muun happiherkän tuotteen pakkaam- iseksi, jossa monikerrosmateriaalin yksi kerros on jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1 - 8 mukaista suuriti- heyksistä paperia, edellyttäen että elintarviketuote ei ole nestemäistä, puolijuoksevaa tai viskoosia elintarviketuotetta.
