Claims (10)

  1. EP 3947859 1 Anchor apparatus The invention relates to an anchor apparatus for a concrete wall formwork having two opposite formwork elements which are connectable to each other by means of an anchor rod of the anchor apparatus, wherein the anchor apparatus has two functional units which are connectable to the anchor rod in order to stabilize the formwork elements, wherein each formwork element has receiving openings in which the functional units are selectively insertable, wherein the functional units are each securable in the receiving openings of the formwork elements by means of a closure device of the anchor apparatus. An anchor apparatus of the type mentioned at the beginning is described in the documents WO 2016/026812 Al and DE 10 2014 012 037 A1. The closure device of the anchor apparatus previously known from said documents comprises a locking pin which, in order to secure and to release a functional unit, for example an anchor nut unit, is adjustable axially between an open position and a closed position by axial application of force, for example by striking with a hammer, against its respective front end or rear end. It is the object of the invention to provide an anchor apparatus of the type mentioned at the beginning with an alternative closure device. To achieve this object, an anchor apparatus of the type mentioned at the beginning is proposed which has the means and features of the independent claim which is directed towards such an anchor apparatus. Here, in order to achieve the object, it is thus proposed, in the case of the anchor apparatus mentioned at the beginning, that each closure device of the anchor apparatus has a blocking pin having a non-circular cross section at a free end. The blocking pin is introducible by the free end into a longitudinal groove on the functional unit, the longitudinal groove being open at one end and having an expanded groove width at another end. The blocking pin is mountable rotatably about its longitudinal axis on the formwork element and is adjustable between a release position and a blocking position. In the release position of the blocking pin, the free end
EP 3947859 2 of the blocking pin is introducible axially into the longitudinal groove.
In the blocking position of the blocking pin, the free end of the blocking pin is too wide to be introducible axially into the longitudinal groove.
If the blocking pin is brought out of its blocking position into its release position, the blocking pin can be introduced by its free end through the longitudinal groove into the expanded groove width.
When the blocking pin has arrived there with its free end, the blocking pin is brought out of its release position into its blocking position.
In the blocking position, the free end is then oriented in such a manner that it is too wide to be guided in the opposite direction through the longitudinal groove.
In the blocking position, the free end of the blocking pin is thus held in a form-fitting manner in the expanded groove width counter to its axial insertion direction through the longitudinal groove, as a result of which the functional unit is secured in its position in the receiving opening of the respective formwork element.
The free end of the blocking pin is therefore dimensioned in such a manner that, when the blocking pin is in the blocking position, it cannot be guided through the longitudinal groove.
In one embodiment of the anchor apparatus, it is provided that the anchor rod has an external thread for the connection to the functional unit, in particular to the two functional units of the anchor apparatus.
In one embodiment of the anchor apparatus, it is provided that one of the two functional units has an anchor nut unit which is insertable on the one formwork element and is securable therein.
The anchor nut unit can have an internal thread into which the previously mentioned anchor rod is screwable by its external thread for fastening purposes.
In one embodiment of the anchor apparatus, it is provided that the other of the two functional units has an exchangeable sleeve which is assigned to the anchor nut unit and is insertable on a formwork element and is securable therein and has a longitudinal channel for locking-free receiving of the anchor rod.
The formwork element into which the exchangeable sleeve is insertable can be a formwork element which is opposite the
EP 3947859 3 previously mentioned anchor nut unit.
The exchangeable sleeve can be inserted into the receiving opening of a formwork element of the anchor apparatus.
With the aid of the previously mentioned closure device which is also assigned to the functional unit which has the exchangeable sleeve, the exchangeable sleeve can be secured in its use position in the receiving opening.
The installation of the anchor apparatus is facilitated since the exchangeable sleeve has a longitudinal channel through which the anchor rod can be simply guided, and therefore the exchangeable sleeve in its use position, before the anchor apparatus is braced, is axially displaceable relative to the anchor rod.
It thus remains possible to adjust the anchor apparatus before it is brought by bracing into its state which is ready for use.
In one embodiment of the anchor apparatus, it is provided that the anchor rod at one end is screwable to the one functional unit of the one formwork element and at the other end, extending through the longitudinal channel in the exchangeable sleeve, is lockable on the other formwork element by means of a locking unit of the anchor apparatus.
The locking unit can be secured on the anchor rod, for example by means of an internal thread, in order to brace the anchor apparatus.
The forces required for bracing the anchor apparatus can be applied via the locking unit, the anchor rod and the exchangeable sleeve.
In one embodiment of the anchor apparatus, it is provided that at least one spacer sleeve of the anchor apparatus can be arranged between the two formwork elements, which are in the use position, with an anchor rod, for example the anchor rod already mentioned previously, extending through said spacer sleeve in the use position.
With the previously explained bracing of the anchor apparatus, it can be provided that the spacer sleeve is/has been clamped between the two formwork elements of the anchor apparatus, and therefore the two formwork elements take up a spacing, defined by the spacer sleeve, with respect to each other.
In one embodiment of the anchor apparatus, it is provided that an anti-twist device is formed which prevents the blocking pin from transferring from the release position into
EP 3947859 4 the blocking position and/or from the blocking position into the release position. With the aid of the anti-twist device, it can be effectively prevented that the blocking pin unintentionally passes out of the one position into the other position. In particular wherever the anchor apparatus is exposed to vibrations, an inadvertent release of the closure device can be effectively avoided with the aid of the anti-twist device. In one embodiment of the anchor apparatus, it is provided that the expanded groove width merges into a circumferential groove encircling in the circumferential direction, preferably with an axial pitch and/or in a closed manner. In particular whenever the circumferential groove is encircling in a closed manner and has a pitch, the expanded groove width can be used for additionally bracing the anchor apparatus. In one embodiment of the anchor apparatus, it is provided that a clamping pin of the anchor apparatus is formed at the receiving opening, said clamping pin, when the functional unit is in the use position, running in the circumferential groove and/or reaching into the latter, in particular in order to brace the functional unit by rotation about its longitudinal axis. In one embodiment of the anchor apparatus, it is provided that the blocking pin is mounted in the clamping pin. In another embodiment of the anchor apparatus, it is provided that the blocking pin is arranged spaced apart from the clamping pin. In this embodiment of the anchor apparatus, the clamping pin can run in a separate longitudinal groove and/or can project into a separate longitudinal groove. The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to an exemplary embodiment, but is not restricted to said exemplary embodiment. Further exemplary embodiments emerge from combining the features of individual claims or a plurality of claims with one another and/or in combination with individual features or a plurality of features of the exemplary embodiment, provided these combinations fall within the scope of protection of the invention, which is defined only by the attached claims. Fig. 5 shows a sectioned view of a strut of the formwork element, which is shown on the left side in Figures 1 to 4, with a functional unit of the anchor apparatus that comprises an anchor nut unit, wherein a blocking pin of a closure device is illustrated in the release position and the anchor nut unit is illustrated prior to the introduction thereof into the receiving opening of the formwork element,
Fig. 6 shows a sectional view of the functional unit with the anchor nut unit from Figure 5 introduced into the receiving opening and with the blocking pin in the blocking position,

Figures 1 — 7 show an anchor apparatus, denoted as a whole by 1, of a concrete wall formwork having two opposite formwork elements 2 and 3 which are connected to each other by means of an anchor rod 4 of the anchor apparatus 1. The anchor apparatus 1 has two functional units 5 and 6. The functional units 5 and 6 are connected to each other via the anchor rod 4 in order to stabilize the formwork elements 2 and 3. Each formwork element 2, 3 has receiving openings 7 in which the
EP 3947859 6 functional units 5 or 6 can be selectively inserted and are used in the use position. Each of the functional units 5 and 6 can be secured within each receiving opening 7 of the formwork elements 2, 3 by means of a closure device 8 assigned to the receiving opening
    7. Fach closure device 8 has a blocking pin 9 having a non-round cross section at its free end 10. The blocking pin 9 can be introduced by the free end 10 into a longitudinal groove 11 of the respective functional unit 5, 6. The longitudinal groove 11 is open at one end and is provided at another end with an expanded groove width 12. The respective blocking pin 9 is mounted rotatably about its longitudinal axis on its formwork element 2, 3 and can thus be adjusted between a release position and a blocking position. In its release position (cf., for example, Figure 5), the free end 10 of the blocking pin 9 can pass through the longitudinal groove 11. In its blocking position, the free end 10 of the blocking pin 9 is too wide to be guided axially into the longitudinal groove 11 or out through the longitudinal groove 11. In this way, the functional units 5, 6 can be secured in the receiving openings 7 of the formwork elements 2 and 3 with the aid of the blocking pin 9 and owing to the configuration of the free end 10 thereof. The anchor rod 4 is provided with an external thread 13 for the connection to at least one of the functional units 5, 6. The functional unit 5 to which the anchor rod 4 is connectable comprises an anchor nut unit 14 which is insertable into the receiving opening 7 provided for this purpose on the one formwork element 2 of the two formwork elements 2 and 3 and is securable in said receiving opening. The anchor nut unit 14 is provided with an internal thread 15 matching the external thread 13 of the anchor rod 4. The anchor rod 4 can thus be reliable connected to the anchor nut unit 14. The other functional unit 6 of the two functional units 5 and 6 has an exchangeable sleeve 16. The exchangeable sleeve 16 is assigned to the anchor nut unit 14 and is insertable into the formwork element 3 which is opposite the anchor nut unit 14. For this purpose, the formwork element 3 also has a receiving opening 7 which receives the
EP 3947859 7 exchangeable sleeve 16 in the use position thereof.
The exchangeable sleeve 16 is provided with a longitudinal channel 17 through which the anchor rod 4 can be guided despite its external thread 13. The anchor rod 4 is therefore received in the longitudinal channel 17 of the exchangeable sleeve 16 without locking.
The anchor rod 4 is thus screwed at one end to the functional unit 5 of the one formwork element 2, namely here the anchor nut unit 14, and at the other end the anchor rod 4 extends through the longitudinal channel 17 in the exchangeable sleeve 16. The anchor rod 4 is then locked on the other formwork element 3 by means of a locking unit 18. For this purpose, the locking unit 18 is screwed onto the external thread 13 of the anchor rod 4 until its strikes against the formwork element 3.
At least one spacer sleeve 19 is arranged between the two formwork elements 2 and 3, which are in the use position of the anchor apparatus 1, with the anchor rod 4 extending through said spacer sleeve in the use position.
The spacer sleeve 19 predetermines a defined distance between the two formwork elements 2 and 3 of the anchor apparatus 1.
Figures 8 — 10 show different views of a blocking pin 9 and also illustrate an anti-twist device 20 for the blocking pin 9. With the aid of the anti-twist device 20, an undesired/unintentional transfer of the blocking pin 9 out of the release position into the blocking position and also out of the blocking position into the release position is prevented.
For this purpose, the anti-twist device 20 comprises a plurality of troughs 21 which are arranged distributed uniformly about an axis of rotation of the blocking pin 9 and into which an actuating lever 22 of the blocking pin 9 can be moved both in the blocking position and in the release position of the blocking pin 9. The actuating lever 22 is transferred counter to the restoring force of a restoring element, not shown in the figures, for example a restoring spring, of the anti-twist device 20 from one trough 21 into another trough 21 in order to move the blocking pin 9 out of the release position into the blocking position or out of the blocking position into the release position.
The restoring force of the restoring element holds the blocking pin 9 in the trough 21 and
EP 3947859 8 prevents the blocking pin 9 from inadvertently changing its position and, in the process,
    the closure apparatus
Figures 1 — 7 illustrate that the expanded groove widths 12 which are formed on the two functional units 5, 6 and here specifically on the anchor nut unit 14, on the one hand,
and the exchangeable sleeve 16, on the other hand, each merge into a circumferential groove 23 which encircles in a closed manner in the circumferential direction and which also has an axial pitch.
Each functional unit 5, 6 is furthermore assigned a clamping pin 24. The position of the clamping pins can be readily seen in Figure 3. The clamping pins 24 are formed at the receiving opening 7 of the two formwork elements 2, 3. When the functional unit 5, 6 is in the use position, the respective clamping pin runs in the circumferential groove 23 or projects into the latter.
With the aid of the clamping pins 24, it is possible to brace the respective functional unit 5, 6 by rotation about its longitudinal axis.
Use is made in this connection of the axial pitch, already previously mentioned, of the respective circumferential groove 23 with the clamping pin 24 arranged in a fixed position on the respective formwork element 2, 3. By rotation of the respective functional unit 5, 6 about its longitudinal axis, the pitch of the respective circumferential groove 23 can be used to produce an axial clamping force which can be transmitted via the clamping pin 24 to the respective formwork element 2, 3.
In an embodiment which is not shown in the figures, the previously mentioned blocking pin 9 is mounted in the clamping pin 24 assigned to the same formwork element 2, 3. In the exemplary embodiment of an anchor apparatus 1 that is shown in the figures, it is provided that the respective blocking pin 9 is arranged spaced apart from the clamping pin 24 assigned to the same functional unit 5, 6. In the exemplary embodiment of the anchor apparatus 1 that is shown in the figures, the respective blocking pin 9 and the respective clamping pin 24 are introduced through separate longitudinal grooves 11 into the circumferential groove 23.
The receiving openings 7 for the functional units 5 and 6 are formed in struts 25 of the
EP 3947859 9 formwork elements 2 and 3. Each of the formwork elements 2 and 3 furthermore has a formwork skin 26 which is fastened to the strut 25 of the respective formwork element 2, 3 or at least lies against said strut.
The invention is concerned with improvements in the technical field of construction formwork, in particular concrete formwork.
The anchor apparatus 1 according to Claim 1 is proposed for this purpose.
Said anchor apparatus has a closure device 8 with which functional units 5, 6 used for stabilizing formwork elements 2, 3 can be secured in receiving openings 7 of the formwork elements 2, 3. Each closure device 8 comprises a blocking pin 9 having a non-circular cross section at a free end 10. The blocking pin 9 can be introduced by the free end 10 into a longitudinal groove of the functional unit 5, 6 to be secured, the longitudinal groove being open at one end and having an expanded groove width 12 at another end.
The free end 10 of the blocking pin 9 is dimensioned in such a manner that, when the blocking pin 9 is in the blocking position, it cannot be guided through the longitudinal groove 11. / List of designations
