Claims (12)
1. Menetelmä poikkileikkaukseltaan pääasiassa suorakulmion muotoisessa ontossa kestomuoviprofiilissa (2) olevan ontelon (1) tulppaamiseksi, joka profiili (2) kierre- 5 käämimällä on muodostettu putkeksi, tunnettu siitä, että putken uiko- tai sisäsivulla olevaan profiiliseinämään avataan rako (3a, 3b), joka ulottuu profiilissa (2) olevan ontelon (1) koko leveyden yli, kestomuovilaatta (4), jonka poikkileikkaus sopii yhteen raon (3a, 3b) pituuden ja leveyden kanssa ja jonka korkeus on suurempi kuin profiilin (2) korkeus, asetetaan profiiliin (2) mainitun raon (3a, 3b) kautta ja hitsa-10 taan kiinni profiilin (2) sivuseinämien sisäpuolelle sen jälkeen, kun profiilin (2) sisällä ja kestomuovilaatalla (4) olevat yhteen liitettävät pinnat on työstettyjä kuumennettu sulaan tilaan.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että rako (3a, 3b)x>n 15 suorakulmion muotoinen ja se tehdään kohtisuoraan profiilin (2) pituussuunnan yli.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että rako (3a, 3b) tehdään 30 - 90°: n kulmassa profiilin keskiviivaan nähden.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että ne pinnat, joihin :. i : hitsaussauma on muodostettava, työstetään tuoreen pinnan aikaansaamiseksi ja raon t ‘ ’ (3a, 3b) reunat viistetään.

Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että poikittaisella 5 raolla (3a, 3b) varustetussa profiilissa (2) olevien hitsauspintojen kuumentamiseksi tarkoitetussa lämpöpeilissä (6) on koko, joka ylittää profiilissa (2) olevan ontelon (1) leveyden ja korkeuden niin, että osa profiiliseinästä työntyy pois ja siirtyy sulaan tilaan, kun kuumennettu lämpöpeili (6) työnnetään sisään profiiliseinässä olevan raon (3a, 3b) kautta. 10
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kuumentaminen lämpöpeilillä (6) jatkuu kunnes kaikille tuleville hitsauspinnoille saavutetaan hitsaus-pullistumia.

Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kestomuovilaa- tassa (4) on korkeus ja leveys, jotka työnnettäessä kestomuovilaattaa profiiliseinässä olevan raon (3 a, 3b) läpi mahdollistavat riittävän hitsauspaineen ylläpitämisen jokaisessa saumassa kunnes hitsisaumoissa oleva kestomuovimateriaali on jäähtynyt. * · ‘‘ 20
