Claims (10)
1. Process för framställning av en jäst maltdryck, kännetecknad därav, att bryggmaterial mäskas 5 med vatten, den resulterande mäsken värms och vört separe-ras därifrän, nämnda vört kokas, kyls och jäses för att alstra ett öl, vid vilken process utsätts olet för ett kylstadium omfattande att snabbt kylä nämnda öl tili en temperatur omkring dess fryspunkt pä ett sädant sätt att 10 iskristaller bildas däri endast i minimala mängder, genom blandning behandlas nämnda kylda öl under en kort tidspe-riod med en öluppslamning innehällande iskristaller utan nägon ökning i mängden iskristaller i den resulterande blandningen, och skiljas ut pä sä sätt behandlat öl frän 15 nämnda blandninig.
