Claims (13)
1. Saltprodukt, vilken innehäller NaCl, K/Mg-dub-belsalt och valfritt KCl, väri molförhällandet K till Mg är 5 >1, kännetecknad av, att saltprodukten omfat tar partiklar, väri NaCl, KCl och K/Mg-dubbelsalt fördelats homogent genom varje partikel, och att nägot Mg-salt icke är närvarande.
2. Saltprodukt enligt patentkrav 1, kanne- 10 tecknad av, att väsentligen allt Mg är närvarande i form av dubbelsalter.
3. Saltprodukt enligt patentkrav 1, känne tecknad av, att den bestär av NaCl, K/Mg-dubbelsalt och KCl och 0-2 vikt-% spärämnen.
4. Saltprodukt enligt patentkrav 1, känne tecknad av, att produkten omf attar 15 - 70 vikt-% NaCl, 1-85 vikt-% K/Mg-dubbelsalt och äterstoden omfattar KCl och/eller spärämnen.
5. Saltprodukt enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e- 20 tecknad av, att partiklarna omfattar 0,7 - 1,3 vikt-% spärämnen.
6. Förfarande for framställningen av en saltprodukt enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av, att man bildar en vattenhaltig saltblandning med ett önskat 25 förhällande av saltjoner, och med en vattenhalt av 50 - 90 vikt-%, och utsätter den vattenhaltiga saltblandningen för en omedelbar snabbtorkning i ett steg i en trumtork med en yttre yttemperatur av 100 tili 200 °C under en tid fran 1 tili 60 sekunder för erhällande av en torr produkt. 30
7. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6, känne tecknat av, att den vattenhaltiga saltblandningen är en uppslamning eller en lösning, företrädesvis en lösning.

Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6, känne- t e c k n a t av, att den vattenhaltiga saltblandningen framställs av en första del, vilken innehäller kaliumklorid, och en andra del, vilken har en relativ 10 sammansättning av salter, liknande den, som finns i havsvatten, förutom en reducerad hait av natriumklorid- och valfritt även kalciumsalter.
11. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 10, känne- t e c k n a t av, att man som första del använder en 15 sadan, som deriverats fran en jordsaltlösning.
12. Användningen av en saltprodukt enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5 som sait i samband med framställningen av livsmedel, drycker eller farmaceutiska produkter och/eller som ett konserverings- eller vattenbindande 20 medel.
13. Användning enligt patentkrav 12 av saltproduk-ten som ett bordssalt.
