Claims (12)
1. Förfarande för behandling av ramjölk sä att man minskar den bio-logiska belastningen i rämjölken och samtidigt bibehäller den höga halten av 5 aktivt protein, varvid man tillhandahäller ramjölk, avlägsnar fettet därur, mikro-filtrerar den och tar tillvara filtratet, kännetecknat av, att man pä rämjölken frän vilken fettet avlägsnats utför cross-flow mikrofiltrering (CFMF) under användning av en tangentialströmsfiltrerings (TFF) -anordning med öppna kanaler och ett filter med en porstorlek pä 0,1 - 0,5 pm. 10
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att man utför CFMF genom att använda ett filter med porstorleken ca 0,2 pm.
