Claims (6)
1. Elektriskt ledande beläggningsmassa, kännetecknad av att den innehäller 10-90 vikt-% av en elektriskt ledande polymer med 8-100 5 strukturenheter, vilka är förbundna med varandra via 2-ställning och/eller 5-ställning, och vilka statistiskt sett bestär av i medeltal 60-100 mol-% strukturenheter, vilka härstammar frän ätminstone en monomer enligt formel (I), r1 R2 10 (I). väri R1 avser en rakkedjad eller förgrenad C^-alkoxigrupp och 15 R2 avser en väteatom eller en C^-alkoxigrupp; 0-40 vikt-% är strukturenheter, vilka härstammar frän ätminstone en monomer enligt formel (II), r4 r5 » Ä r3 r6 väri R4 och R5 vardera avser självständigt en väteatom, en halogenatom, en C,.12-:: 25 alkylgrupp, alkoxialkyl, arylmetyl, aryl, en Cn^-alkoxigrupp eller en grupp -0(CH2CH20)nCH3, där n är 1-4, eller tillsammans med de C-atomer vid vilka de är bundna bildar en aromatisk ring, R3 och R6 avser vardera självständigt en väteatom eller R3 bildar tillsammans med R4 och de C-atomer vid vilka de är bundna eller R5 30 bildar tillsammans med R6 och de C-atomer vid vilka de är bundna en aroma-,·] tisk ring och X avser en syreatom, en svavelatom, en NH-grupp, en N-alkylgrupp eller en N-arylgrupp; 0-40 vikt-% är strukturenheter, vilka härstammar frän ätminstone en monomer 35 enligt formel (III), 22 1 08044 r7 Κβ R-!xR10 Xl—.—X&. ...... H H 5 vari R7, R8, R9 och R10 vardera avser självständigt en väteatom, en C^-alkylgrupp, en arylgrupp eller en C^o-alkoxigrupp, Y och Z avser vardera självständigt en syreatom, en svavelatom, en NH-10 grupp, en N-alkylgrupp eller en N-arylgrupp och R11 avser en arylengrupp, en heteroarylengrupp eller ett konjugerat system med formeln (-CH=CH-)P·, där p är 0,1,2 eller 3; och • 0-40 vikt-% är strukturenheter, vilka härstammar fran atminstone en monomer enligt formel (IV), 15 R 1 2 R 1 3 H R1 4 20 väri R12 och R13 vardera avser självständigt en väteatom, en halogenatom, en C^-alkylgrupp, en C-^o-alkoxigrupp, en C^-acylaminogrupp eller en C^-acyloxigrupp, R14 avser en halogenatom, en C^-alkylgrupp, en C^-alkoxigrupp, en C^-I! 25 acylaminogrupp, en C^^-acylgrupp eller en C^^-acyloxigrupp och X har ovan angivna betydelse; varvid den elektriskt ledande polymeren föreligger i oxiderad form och upplö-ses fullständigt vid 25 °C i aprotiska lösningsmedel, varvid lösningar erhälls, vilka innehäller minst 0,5 g polymer i 100 cm3 lösningsmedelblandning, och 30 1 0-90 vikt-% av en icke-ledande polymer, som löses upp eller fäs att svälla i ett sädant lösningsmedel vars 5P-värde är under 8,5 (cal/cm3)15 och 5H-värde är under 6,5 (cal/cm3)41.
2. Beläggningsmassa enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att den elektriskt ledande polymeren och den icke-ledande polymeren löses 35 upp eller fas att svälla i ett sädant lösningsmedel eller en sadan lösningsme- 108044 delblandning vars 5P-värde är under 5,5 (cal/cm3)1* och 5H-värde är under 5,0 (cal/cm3)*4.
3. Beläggningsmassa enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av , att den icke-ledande polymeren är polyvinylformal, polyvinylacetal, polyvinyl- 5 butyral, polyvinylacetat, polyvinylklorid, polyvinylmetyleter, polyvinylmetylke-ton, polymaleinsyraanhydrid, polystyren, poly-N-vinylkarbazol, poly-N-vinylpyrrolidon, polyvinylpyridin, polymetylakrylat, polyakrylnitril, polyacetalde-hyd, polyakrolein, polyetylenoxid, polytetrahydrofuran, alifatisk polyester, poly-karbonat, polybutylisocyanat, naturligt gummi, cyklokautschukharts, polyure- 10 tan, metylcellulosa, etylcellulosa, cellulosatriacetat eller polymetylsiloxan.
4. Förfarande för att framställa en beläggningsmassa enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att den elektriskt ledande polymeren och en eventuell icke-ledande polymer upplöses tillsammans i ett lösningsmedel, vars δρ-värde är under 8,5 (cal/cm3)1* och 5h-värde är under 6,5 (cal/cm3)4*, eller de 15 tilläts svälla i ett sädant lösningsmedel och blandningen ätervinns frän lös-ningsmedlet.
5. Användning av en beläggningsmassa enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att den används för framställning av elektriskt ledande skikt pa ytan av icke-ledande och halvledande material.
6. Plastfolie, kännetecknad av att den är belagd med en beläggningsmassa enligt patentkrav 1. »« • < ’ > < • ·
