LA ALFA-AMILASA PROCEDE DE LA ESPECIE BACILUS SUBTITILIS B Y LICHENIFORMIS B, Y EL ANFIFILO ESTA REPRESENTADO POR LA FORMULA (R-COOC). SIENDO: R, UN GRUPO ALIFATICO O AROMATICO DE C 2 A 14 Y SE AGREGA A LA SOLUCION ACUOSA EN FORMA DE SALES METALICAS ACETATOS, PARA PROPORCIONAR 0,24 GR DE ION ACETATO POR MILLONES DE UNIDADES DE ACTIVIDAD DE A-AMILASA COMO UNIDADES MODIFICADAS DE WOHLGEMUTH.
