PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR UN SURFACTANTE A BASE DE COLOFONIA MALEINADA ETOXILADA. COMPRENDE: A) HACER REACCIONAR UNA COMPOSICION QUE CONTIENE UN ACIDO POLICARBOXILICO CON 1,5 A 3 MOLES DE POLIETILENGLICOL QUE TIENE UN PROMERIO DE 4,5 A 50 GRUPOS ETILENOXI POR MOLECULA DEL MISMO, PARA FORMARF UN ACIDO ETOXILADO; B) TRATAR AL ACIDO ETOXILADO CON ANHISDRIDO MALEICO; Y C) HACER REACCIONAR AL PRODUCTO DE B) CON UN SULFITO METALICO ALCALINO, PARA OBTENER UN SURFACTANTE QUE CONTIENE UN SEMIESTER SULFOSUCCIONATO DE METAL ALCALINO DE UNA RESINA FORTIFICADA ALCOXILADA. EL ACIDO CARBOXILICO ES UN ACIDO LEVOPIMARICO. SE UTILIZAN COMO BACTERICIDAS, FUNGICIDAS Y PARA ENCOLAR PAPEL.
