PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA EXPLOTACION DE UNA INSTALACION METALURGICA CON UN RECIPIENTE DADO, COMO UN HORNO DE FUSION O CONVERTIDOR.COMPRENDE UN TUBO DE ENTRADA (4A, 4B, 4C) Y VARIOS ELECTRODOS HUECOS (3A, 3B, 3C), DETRAS DE CUYAS BOCAS PUEDE RETIRARSE EL TUBO DE ENTRADA, QUEDANDO LA INSTALACION COMO HORNO DE ARCO VOLTAICO PARA LA FUSION DE MATERIALES. DESPLAZANDO LA BOCA DEL TUBO (4A, 4B, 4C) HASTA DELANTE DE LA BOCA DEL ELECTRODO HUECO (3A, 3B, 3C) Y APORTANDO UN GAS FORMADOR DE PLASMA, SE UTILIZA LA INSTALACION COMO HORNO DE PLASMA PARA LA FUSION DE MATERIALES. SI A CONTINUACION SE SUMERGE EN UN BAN/O DE MATERIALES (2), SE INYECTA GAS CON OXIGENO Y SE INTERRUMPE EL SUMINISTRO DE CORRIENTE, QUEDA UTILIZADO COMO CONVERTIDOR DE AFINO.
