SE PREPARA UN NUCLEO DE TABLETA QUE CONSISTE EN 100 PARTES DE DIHIDRATO DE LA BASE ERITROMICINA, 8-32 PARTES DE UNA SAL ORALMENTE NO TOXICA, MUY SOLUBLE EN AGUA, 1-5 PARTES DE UN AGLUTINANTE FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLE, 8-32 PARTES DE UN DESINTEGRANTE FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLE Y 2-9 PARTES DE DESLIZADORES Y LUBRICANTES DE TABLETEADO.
