Abstract
CABLE FLEXIBLE DESTINADO A LA TRANSMISION DE FUERZAS DE PROPULSION LONGITUDINALES A LO LARGO DE GUIAS TUBULARES. CONSISTENTE EN UN ALMA FLEXIBLE QUE LLEVA ALAMBRE ARROLLADO HELICOIDALMENTE, ESTANDO LAS ESPIRALES ESPACIADAS UNAS DE OTRAS. ESTAS ESPIRAS ESTAN DESTINADOS A ENGRANAR A LA MANERA DE DIENTES DE CREMALLERA CON UN PIÑON DE TRANSMISION. TANTO EL CABLE COMO EL ALMA ESTAN PROVISTOS DE UN REVESTIMENTO CONTINUO DE MATERIAL PLASTICO, QUE ES DOS VECES MAS GRUESO DONDE SE EXTIENDE SOBRE LAS CORONAS DE LAS ESPIRAS DE ALAMBRE QUE DONDE SE EXTIENDE SOBRE LAS SUPERFICIES DE ALMA COMPRENDIDAS ENTRE LAS ESPIRAS. EL REVESTIMENTO SE EFECTUA HACIENDO AVANZAR EL CABLE A TRAVES DE UNA MAQUINA DESTINADA A EXTRUIR, A TRAVES DE UN ORIFICIO ANULAR, UN MANGUITO CONTINUO, QUE RODEA EL CABLE DE MODO QUE ESTE EXTRAE EL MANGUITO DE MATERIAL PLASTICO CALENTADO QUE SALE DEL ORIFICIO. MEDIANTE UN DISPOSITIVO ADECUADO SE MANTIENE UNA DIFERENCIA DE PRESION NEUMATICA ENTRE EL INTERIOR Y EL ESTERIOR DEL TROZO DE MANGUITO ESTRAIDO PARA EMPUJARLO Y ESTIRARLO SEGUN CONVENGA PARA CONSEGUIR LOS DIFERENTES GROSORES INDICADOS.
