PROCEDIMIENTO DE PRAPARACION DE UN ACIDO DESOXI-RIBONUCLEICO (ADN) RECOMBINANTE. SE EXTRA EL ADN DE UN MICROORGANISMO BACTERIANO CAPAZ DE PRODUCIR ALGUNA ENZIMA AMINOLOLITICA. SE ESCINDE, MEDIANTE UNA ENZIMA DE RESTRICCION, EL ADN DE UN DERIVADO DE UN FAGO LAMBDA. SE COMBINAN LOS FRAGMENTOS RESULTANTES. SE HACEN BIOLOGICAMENTE ACTIVOS LOS ADN RECOMBINANTES MEDIANTE INSERCION EN CELULAS HOSPEDADORAS, ENCAPSIDACION O TRANSFECCION IN VITRO. LOS CLONES RESULTANTES SE SELECCIONAN EN BASE A LA PRESENCIA DE UN GEN CODIFICADOR DE AMILASA. OPCIONALMENTE SE EFECTUAN SUCESIVAS SUB-CLONACIONES.
