METODO PARA DETECTAR HEMOGLOBINA EN ESPECIMENES HUMANOS, COMO HECES Y ORINA. SE REALIZA UNA SUSPENSION AL 1 POR 100 DE HECES EN UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA TAMPON DE GLICINA. SE TRATA CON LISOZIMA, EN LA CANTIDAD DE 1 MG/ML, PARA DIGERIR LOS POLISACARIDOS PRESENTES. SE ACIDIFICA ESTA MUESTRA CON ACIDO ACETICO O CITRICO EN UNA PROPORCION DEL 1 POR 100. SE SEPARA EN PORCIONES LIQUIDA Y SOLIDA, HACIENDOLA PASAR POR UN CLASIFICADOR ELECTROPOSITIVO CON POROSIDAD ENTRE 0,65 Y 2 MICRAS. EL LIQUIDO CLARIFICADO SE PASA POR UNA MEMBRANA ELECTRONEGATIVA, CON POROSIDAD DE 1 MICRA, CAPAZ DE ABSORBER HEMOGLOBINA. SE LAVA LA MEMBRANA CON UNA COMPOSICION DE ACIDO ACETICO AL 1 POR 100 PARA RETIRAR LOS FLUIDOS FECALES RESIDUALES. SE TRATA LA MEMBRANA CON UN INDICADOR DE PEROXIDASA A BASE DE ORTO-TOLIDINA Y PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO. COMPARANDO EL COLOR CON UN PATRON DE COLORES DE CANTIDADES CONOCIDAS DE HEMOGLOBINA SE DETERMINA LA CANTIDAD DE HEMOGLOBINA. EN EL CASO DE LA ORINA NO ES NECESARIA LA SUSPENSION Y DIGESTIONPOR ENZIMA PARA PREPARAR LA MUESTRA. ESTE METODO SE UTILIZA PARA DIAGNOSTICO PRECOZ DE CANCER DE COLON.
