Abstract

Un procedimiento para el tratamiento térmico de material de grano fino, en especial de material en bruto de cemento, que en un precalentador de ciclones de varias etapas es calentado previamente por medio de gases calientes, a continuación se desacidifica ampliamente mediante combustible adicional en una zona de precalcinación, y finalmente se termina de calcinar en un horno de tubo giratorio, regulándose en el funcionamiento normal la alimentación de combustible a la zona de precalcinación de manera automática y de tal modo en dependencia de una temperatura del gas del precalentador de ciclones, que al disminuir esta temperatura del gas, se aumenta la alimentación de combustible, y a la inversa, caracterizado porque al mismo tiempo se mide la temperatura del material después de haber pasado por la zona de precalcinación, se determina la diferencia entre esta temperatura del material y la mencionada temperatura del gas y, al alcanzarse un valor máximo o mínimo de esta diferencia de temperaturas, se conmuta a régimen manual la regulación de la alimentación de combustible a la zona de precalcinación.
