Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de elastómeros acrílicos vulcanizables, mediante polimerización de una composición de monómeros constituida, prevalentemente, por un aluil- acrilato en donde el alquilo tiene de 1 a 8 átomos de carbono, caracterizado porque se somete a reacción de polimerización una composición de monómeros que contiene, además del alquil-acrilato , los comonómeros siguientes: (a) 0,5 -2 % en peso de un monómero etilénicamente insaturado conteniendo halógeno, elegido entre los que tienen las fórmulas generales 1) R-COOR1,2) -COOR2, 3)R2-O-R1 en donde R=cloro- o bromo-aqlquilo C1-3 R1= alquenilo C2-3; R2 =cloro- o bromo-alquilo C1-4; (b) 0,5-2% en peso de un monómero etilénicamente insaturado conteniendo un grupo epoxi; © 0,1-1% en peso de uno o más ácidos carboxílicos etilénicamente insaturados. Refiriéndose todos los porcentajes anteriores al total de la composición monomérica.
