Abstract

Máquina amasadora, en particular útil para productos alimenticios, que comprende un cuerpo portador de una artesa anular en cuyo interior se mete y actúa un agitador, caracterizada por el hecho de que el agitador está soportado por un brazo solidario de una columna giratoria en torno al eje de la artesa, pudiendo está última trasladarse verticalmente guiada por sus resaltos deslizantes a lo largo de unos elementos concordantes de apoyo del cuerpo y pudiendo volcarse lateralmente una vez extraída, constituyendo dichos elementos concordantes de apoyo del cuerpo unos elementos de acción pivotantes respecto a los resaltos de la artesa para facilitar tal rotación, estando previstos unos elementos determinantes de final de recorrido para la interrupción del levantamiento de la artesa y unos medios para impedir sus movimientos de traslación durante el vuelco, estando además previstos unos medios para realizar dichos movimientos de traslación verticales y los giratorios de la artesa y unos medios de motor para hacer girar el agitador dentro de la artesa y para hacer girar el brazo que lo soporta en torno al eje de la propia artesa.
