Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de soportes hidrófilos para placas litográficas, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de tomar un rollo de acero estañado de anchura deseada, sobre el que la capa de estaño tiene un espesor comprendido entre 1 y 10 micrones; desenrollar el acero estañado; ponerlo en contacto, durante al menos 10 segundos, con un baño electrolítico de una solución acuosa de despasivación calentada a más de 50ºC, a base de carbonato de sodio; enjuagar el acero estañado con agua; y neutralizarlo mediante una solución acuosa de ácido sulfúrico diluido.
