Abstract

Un procedimiento para preparar una enzima que isomeriza la glucosa, caracterizado por cultivar un microorganismo perteneciente a la especie Flavobacterium arborescens en un medio nutriente bajo condiciones apropiadas para producir dicha enzima por dicho microorganismo y recuperar dicha enzima.
