Abstract
Procedimiento de fabricación de objetos de vidrio para moldeado y prensado de una masa de vidrio, en forma de manguito, caracterizado porque consiste en depositar una masa de vidrio, de peso ligeramente superior al del objeto terminado en un cuerpo de molde de fondo escamoteable hacia la parte inferior y obturando inicialmente la parte baja del cuerpo del molde, para hacer penetrar el troquel en la masa de vidrio hasta hacer tope con el fondo, a fin de formar el paso central del cuerpo hueco, un velo de vidrio excedente de pequeño espesor que obtura entonces la parte inferior de la muestra del objeto así formado, para escamotear dicho fondo, para sumergir más el troquel a fin de cizallar dicho velo de vidrio en su periferia, para levantar de nuevo el troquel y para desmoldear el objeto terminado.
