Abstract

Procedure for coating conductive elements, characterized in that it comprises the steps of advancing the conductive element along a path and bringing the element into contact, while it is maintained at a temperature of the order of 300 to 330º with a reaction mixture, comprising 100 parts by weight of a polyvinyl chloride; 3 to 10 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl chloride of an unbrominated epoxy resin having an equivalent weight per epoxy of the order of about 170 to 800; 55 to 66 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl chloride of a phthalate plasticizer; 3 to 7 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride of a metal stabilizer; 3 to 5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride of antimony trioxide; 1 to 3 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl chloride of a carbon black component; and 5 to 35 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl chloride of a filler component.
