Abstract
Procedure for preparing pyrazole derivatives, represented by the formula ** (See formula) ** in which R represents an alkyl group, X represents a mono- or disubstituted phenyl group in which the substituents may be the same or different and each represents an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a trifluomethyl group, a nitro group, an amino group or a halogen atom; or a substituted or unsubstituted benzyl group in which the substituent is a halogen atom, R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group and R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyalkyl group, an alkyl group or a substituted aminoalkyl group, or R2 and R3 can form, when taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic group that can contain an oxygen as a heteroatom, characterized in that it comprises reacting 5-alkoxypyrazole, represented by the formula ** (See formula) ** in which R and X are as defined above and R1 represents an alkoxy group, a hydroxy group or a halogen atom, with an amine represented by the formula ** (See formula) ** wherein R2 and R3 are as defined above, in an inert organic solvent or in the presence of an excess of said amine at a temperature of about 0ºC to about 80ºC, using at least an equimolar amount of said amine with respect to said 5-alkoxypyrazole, for a time of about 20 minutes to about 16 hours.
