Abstract

Dispositivo de conexión pivotante para un amortiguador montado entre dos elementos articulados y abatibles entre sí, que incluyendo: a) un primer miembro de construcción (10); b) un segundo miembro de construcción (16), pudiendo moverse dicho segundo miembro de construcción (16) con respecto a dicho primer miembro de construcción (10); c) un amortiguador de gas (22) conectado pivotantemente a dichos miembros de construcción primero y segundo (10, 16), incluyendo dicho amortiguador de gas (22); aa) un miembro de cilíndro (24) que tiene un eje y dos paredes terminales, a saber, una primera pared terminal y una segunda pared terminal y que define una cavidad (26); bb) un miembro de vástago de pistón (28) que se extiende a lo largo de dicho eje a través de dicha primera pared terminal hacia adentro y hacia afuera de dicha cavidad (26); cc) un elemento de pistón (30) conectado con dicho miembro de vástago de pistón (28) dentro de dicha cavidad (26) y dd) un volumen de gas a presión que llena almenos parte de dicha cavidad (26); conectándose dicho amortiguador de gas (22) al menos a uno de dichos miembros de construcción (10, 16) con un elemento de junta pivotante que tiene un eje de junta sustancialmente perpendicular a dicho eje de dicho miembro de cilíndro (24). Se caracteriza porque dicho elemento de junta pivotante (48) incluye un miembro de perno (50) y un miembro de recepción de perno (64) que tiene al menos un rebaje (66, 68) que recibe al menos parte (54) de dicho miembro de perno (50), teniendo dicho rebaje (66, 68) una zona de sección transversal definida por un arco sustancialmente en forma de U que tiene dos patas opuestas y una abertura (68), conectándose por una parte dicho perno (50) y dicho miembro de recepción de perno (64) a dicho amortiguador de gas (22), a saber, a uno de dicho miembro de vástago de pistón (28) y dicho miembro de cilindro (24) y conectándose por otra parte dicho miembro de perno (50) y dicho miembro de recepción de perno (64) al miembro de construcción respectiva (10).
