Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of packaging and relates specifically to a stackable box produced from a sheet of semi-rigid material. The invention provides a box having transverse walls, longitudinal walls, and additional flaps which correspond to the said walls and are all produced by cutting and folding the edges of a sheet of semi-rigid material. The said additional flaps have first sections which are firmly connected to the said transverse walls, can be folded perpendicular thereto, and can be positioned on the inside of the longitudinal walls. Provided on the said first sections is a widening end piece which can be inserted in the notches on the bottom of the box. Said end piece can finally be folded below the said bottom and parallel thereto and forms a support foot.
