Abstract

Muelle para frenos de disco, del tipo que comprenden una horquilla montada para deslizarse sobre un soporte fijo y que incorpora una parte de arco que tiene, verticalmente por encima de las dos zapatas de fricción del freno, una abertura pasante, estando destinado el muelle a interponerse entre la par te arqueada de la horquilla y las zapatas de fricción para ejercer sobre estas últimas al menos una fuerza radial dirigida esencialmente hacia el eje del disco y consistente en una parte central dispuesta a introducirse en la abertura de la parte de arco, prolongada por partes laterales que pueden actuar conjuntamente con la cara interior del arco para el montaje elástico en la horquilla, y una parte de apoyo que actúa conjuntamente, en la posición de funcionamiento del freno, con los cantos superiores adyacentes de las zapatas de fricción, caracterizado porque el muelle se configura para adoptar la forma de dos cinchos paralelos cada uno esencialmente en forma de C, que constituyen la parte central citada, teniendo cada cincho zonas extremas que se prolongan en una primera y una segunda bases o ramificaciones, respectivamente, plegadas angularmente en la misma dirección con relación al plano del cincho, extendiéndose las bases de los dos cinchos en direcciones opuestas y constituyendo las partes laterales citadas, uniéndose entre sí la primera base de los cinchos por un tirante que se extiende perpendicularmente al plano de los cinchos y que constituye la parte de a apoyo.
