Improved device for locking a door, in particular a toilet cabin door for a railway vehicle

Claims (11)

1. A locking device (16) for a door (10) to be mounted on a structure (12), said door (10) has an inner face (10B) and an outer face (10A), and said structure (12) presents an inner face (12B) and an outer face (12A), the locking device (16), comprising: - an outer door knob (18) to be located on the outer face (10A) of the door (10) and an inner door knob (20) to be located on the inner face (10B) of the door (10) , and - a first bolt (22) to be located on the door (10), which can be moved between a protruding position and a retracted position, - a first removable escutcheon (24) that will be located in the structure (12) in front of the first bolt (22) that comprises a movable part (26), which rotates on a rotation axis, independently of the position of the first bolt (22) ), - a latch (28) to be located in the structure (12), which can be moved between a first position (28A), in which the latch (28) interacts with the mobile part (26) to keep it immobilized from so that it forms a stop for the first bolt (22) in the protruding position and a second position (28B), in which the bolt (28) is kept away from the moving part (26) to allow it to rotate freely on the axis of rotation, - mechanical means (30) for actuating the latch (28), which will be accessible from the external face (12B) of the structure (12), capable of moving the latch (28) between its first (28A) and second (28B) position, and first means of movement of the first bolt (22) between its protruding position and its retracted position, characterized in that : - the first means of movement of the first bolt (22) can only be activated by the internal knob of the door (20) and not by the internal knob of the door (20) and the external knob (18), and characterized in that the locking device includes: - a second bolt (37) to be located on the door (10), which can be moved between a protruding position and a retracted position, - second movement means of the second bolt (37) to switch between the protruding position and the retracted position, these second movement means can be activated by the inner knob (20) and the outer knob (18) of the door. 2. Locking device (16) according to claim 3, in which the first detection means (32) comprise a button (34) that can be configured between an upper position and a lower position, said button (34) is located close to the latch (28), so that the latch (28) in the first position (28A) interacts with the button (34) moving it to its lower position. 5. Locking device (16) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the latch actuation means (30) comprise a form of coupling, the purpose of which is to be accessible from the exterior face of the door and the purpose of which is to interact with a complementary actuating element, in particular a key. Locking device (16) according to any of the preceding claims, comprising: - second means (40) for detecting the position of the second bolt (37), - second transmission means of a signal to a control unit when the second transmission means (40) detect the second bolt (37) in the retracted position. 7. Locking device (16) according to any of the preceding claims, comprising: - a third bolt 42 to be located on the door (10), which can be moved between a protruding position and a retracted position, - a driving element (44), in particular a door knob, which will be located on the inside face (10B) of the door (10), - third movement means of the third bolt (42) to switch between a protruding position and a retracted position, these third movement means can be activated by the actuation element (44). Locking device (16) according to claim 7, wherein the third third bolt actuating means can be activated with the inner door knob (20) to adjust the third bolt (42) from the protruding position to the retracted position. 9. Locking device according to claim 10, in combination with claim 6, comprising sound indication means (52), for example: - when the control unit (36) receives a signal that the second bolt (37) is in the retracted position and the control unit (36) receives a signal that the latch (28) is in the first position (28A), the sound indicating means (52) emit an audible message that the door is locked, and - when the control unit (36) receives a signal that the second bolt (37) is in the retracted position and the control unit (36) receives a signal that the third bolt (42) is in the protruding position, but not receives a signal that the latch (28) is in the first position (28A), the sound indication means (52) emit an audible message that a user has locked the door.
