Abstract

Grúa torre (1), de desplegado y plegado automático, que comprende un mástil (2) y una pluma (4) configurados para situarse al menos: - en una configuración operativa, en la que el mástil (2) se extiende a lo largo de una dirección de mástil (Z2) que es sustancialmente vertical, y la pluma (4) se extiende a lo largo de una dirección de pluma (X4) que es sustancialmente horizontal, y - en una configuración de transporte, en la que el mástil (2) y la pluma (4) están plegados, teniendo el mástil (2) al menos: una primera sección de mástil (2.1) y una segunda sección de mástil (2.2) que se extienden sustancialmente a lo largo de la dirección de mástil (Z2) cuando la grúa torre (1) está en la configuración operativa, teniendo la pluma (4) al menos: una primera sección de pluma (4.1) y una segunda sección de pluma (4.2) que se extienden sustancialmente a lo largo de la dirección de la pluma (X4) cuando la grúa torre (1) está en la configuración operativa, teniendo la primera sección de pluma (4.1) que tiene, a nivel del mástil (2), un límite superior (4.11) y un límite inferior (4.12), definiendo el límite superior (4.11) y el límite inferior (4.12) una altura (H4.1) de la primera sección de pluma (4.1), estando la primera sección de mástil (2.1) conectada a la primera sección de pluma (4.1) al menos en rotación en torno a un eje de articulación (Y24), extendiéndose el eje de articulación (Y24) ortogonalmente a la dirección de mástil (Z2) y a la dirección de pluma (X4) cuando la grúa torre (1) está en la configuración operativa, en la que la dirección de la pluma (X4) se desplaza con respecto a la dirección de mástil (Z2) en paralelo al eje de articulación (Y24), estando la grúa torre (1) caracterizada por que la distancia entre el eje de articulación (Y24) y el límite inferior (4.12), medida en paralelo a la dirección de mástil (Z2), es superior al 75 %, preferiblemente superior al 90 %, de dicha altura (H4.1) de la primera sección de pluma (4.1).
