Abstract

Utilización no terapéutica de un producto lácteo fermentado que comprende proteína de suero de la leche no hidrolizada que está sustancialmente libre de proteínas de caseína con el propósito de estructurar colágeno sin promover la síntesis de colágeno cuando se aplica por vía tópica a la piel, en la que el producto lácteo comprende yogur o material derivado de yogur, en la que el producto lácteo es un producto de yogur modificado secado por pulverización que consiste en las fracciones seleccionadas de la leche: suero de la leche, concentrados del suero de la leche y leche en polvo no grasa (2%) que se fermentan con las bacterias clásicas del yogur Streptococcus thermophilus y Lactobacillus bulgaricus.
