Abstract

Bisagra abatible de una sola pieza de material sintético, en la que dos partes de bisagra abatibles en torno a un eje geométrico principal están unidas articuladamente entre sí por medio de bisagras de película y al menos un elemento intermedio dispuesto entre éstas, y en la que, para lograr el proceso de abatimiento, al menos un componente de la bisagra abatible está configurado en forma elástica, caracterizado por los rasgos distintivos siguientes: a) las bisagras de película que delimitan un elemento intermedio se extienden (rectas o curvadas) separándose una de otra y discurren oblicuamente con respecto al eje geométrico principal; b) las partes de bisagra están unidas articuladamente entre si en al menos un segundo lugar en el curso del eje geométrico principal; c) la bisagra abatible está constituida por una lámina de material sintético embutida profundamente y elástica a la flexión; y d) los elementos intermedios presentan cada uno al menos dos canales embutidos profundamente que forman las bisagras de película.
