Abstract
1.Panel de espejo compuesto, caracterizado porque comprende una lámina vítrea que tiene una lámina de respaldo a prueba de agua (mencionada <<primera lámina de respaldo>>) unida de forma hermética a una cara recubierta reflexivamente de la misma, y un cuerpo de material plástico espumado e intercalado entre y adherente a dicha primera lámina de respaldo y una segunda lámina de respaldo para formar una estructura intercalada sustancialmente rígida. 2.Panel de espejo compuesto, según la reivindicación anterior, caracterizado por el hecho de que tal lámina vítrea tiene un grosor máximo de 1,5 milímetros. 3.Panel de espejo compuesto, según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado por el hecho de que tal lámina de respaldo tiene un módulo de elasticidad Young de al menos 10 y preferiblemente al menos de 50 GN/metro cuadrado. 4.Panel de espejo compuesto, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado por el hecho de que al menos dicha primera hoja de respaldo es una lámina de metal. 5.Panel de espejocompuesto, según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado por el hecho de que al menos tal primera lámina de respaldo es de acero, preferiblemente de acero galvanizado. 6.Panel de espejo compuesto, según las reivindicaciones 4 ó 5, caracterizado por el hecho de que al menos tal primera lámina de respaldo tiene un grosor entre 0,5 y 1 mm. 7.Panel de espejo compuesto, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizado por el hecho de que tal lámina vítrea y la primera lámina de respaldo unida a la misma forman un laminado que es plano o que sería plano si la espuma y la citada segunda lámina de respaldo fuesen eliminadas. 8.Panel de espejo compuesto, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, caracterizado por el hecho de que dicha lámina vítrea y la primera lámina de respaldo unida a la misma forman un laminado que es inherentemente (por ejemplo, en ausencia de la espuma y de tal segunda lámina de respaldo) un laminado flexible cuya superficie de doblado neutral está fuera del grosor de la lámina vítrea cuando el laminado es flexionado dentro de los límites, elásticos de sus láminas componentes para formar un reflector cóncavo o más cóncavo. 9.Panel de espejo compuesto, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8, caracterizado por el hecho de que la espuma es una espuma de célula cerrada. 10.Panel de espejo compuesto, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9, caracterizado por el hecho de que tal espuma es espuma de poliuretano. 11.Panel de espejo compuesto, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10, caracterizado por el hecho de que la espuma tiene una densidad entre 50 y 80 y preferiblemente entre 60 y 80 Kg./m3. 12.Panel de espejo compuesto, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 11, caracterizado por el hecho de que la espuma tiene una resistencia a la compresión a 10 por 100 de deflexión de al menos 50 N/cm2. 13.Panel de espejo compuesto, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12, caracterizado por el hecho de que la espuma tiene unaresistencia a la compresión al 10 por 100 de deflexión de un máximo de 200 N/cm2. 14.Panel de espejo compuesto, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 13, caracterizado por el hecho de que el grosor de la capa de espuma está entre 30 y 55 mm. 15.Panel de espejo compuesto, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 14, caracterizado por el hecho de que las láminas de respaldo están unidas entre sí por sus bordes para formar una caja (que puede estar abierta por sus extremos). 16.Panel de espejo compuesto, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado por el hecho de que las dos láminas de respaldo están unidas para formar la caja por labios formados por márgenes de al menos una lámina. 17.Panel de espejo compuesto, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizado por el hecho de que los medios para montar el panel a un soporte están empotrados en tal espuma para apoyarse contra la cara frontal de tal segunda lámina de respaldo. 18.Panel de espejo compuesto, según la reivindicación 17, caracterizado por el hecho de que tales medios de montaje del panel están sólo conectados indirectamente a tal primera lámina de respaldo. 19.Panel de espejo compuesto, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 18, caracterizado por el hecho de que el espejo del panel está curvado cóncavamente.
