The present invention relates to a shoe for practicing half-pointed dance or for practicing artistic or sports gymnastics, or rehabilitation or psychomotor exercises. In particular, the shoe referred to in the present invention is a half-pointed dance shoe that is particularly suitable for the educational, amateur and professional practice of ballet in all its modalities; classical dance, modern or contemporary dance, etc ...

Background of the invention

In the market there are slippers to practice half-pointed dance or to practice gymnastics that comprise a cloth body and a sole attached to said cloth body that defines two separate sole portions on the sole of the user's foot; a first portion intended to be arranged in correspondence with the heel and a second portion intended to be arranged in correspondence with the half tip of the sole of the user's foot. The objective of these separate sole portions is to protect the areas of greater friction of the sole of the foot, friction against the ground and bumps in the receptions of jumps and other actions.

However, the shoes that currently exist have the disadvantage that the body of the fabric forms wrinkles or bags between the portions of soles, in particular, in the area of the mid tip where the user makes a greater effort with the foot . These bags or wrinkles are very uncomfortable for the user and deteriorate the aesthetic lines of the dancer. Another drawback of the shoes lies in the fact that the constant friction of the foot against the floor quickly causes holes in the fabric body that is left unprotected from the soles, so it is common for dancers to have to replace the shoes used by new ones at least once a month.

Description of the invention

The objective of the present invention is to provide a shoe for practicing dance

in half a point or to practice gymnastics, which resolves the problems before

mentioned and presents the advantages that will be described below.

In accordance with this objective, according to a first aspect, the present invention provides a shoe for practicing half-pointed dance or for gymnastics, comprising a body of fabric formed to fit the user's foot and a sole attached to said body of fabric, characterized by the fact that said sole defines a plurality of sole portions discretely distributed at the base of the fabric body of the shoe, said plurality of sole portions being sized so that;

- a first discrete portion is intended to be arranged in

correspondence with the proximal phalanges of the second to fourth toes of the user,

- a second discrete portion is intended to be arranged in

correspondence with at least a portion of the heel of the sole of the foot,

- a third discrete portion is intended to be arranged

correspondence with a portion of the distal phalanx of the user's big toe,

- a fourth discrete portion is intended to be arranged in

correspondence with the sesamoid bones of the user's big toe,

- a fifth discrete portion is intended to be arranged in

correspondence between the distal phalanges of the fingers of the third to the fourth of the user's foot, and

- a sixth discrete portion is intended to be arranged in

correspondence with a portion of the proximal phalanx of the user's small toe.

In particular, discrete portions of the sole or portions of the sole discretely distributed means portions of the sole of specific dimensions that are arranged separated from each other by the fabric of the shoe body.

It has been observed that this discrete distribution of sole portions is suitable to protect the most sensitive areas of the foot without the shoe losing flexibility in the fabric body. In this way the shoe adapts to the foot respecting the natural curves of the feet, without producing bags or uncomfortable wrinkles, leaving the most sensitive areas of the foot protected from impacts and wear.

The claimed shoe comprises a total of six sole portions that are discretely distributed at the base of the fabric body of the shoe. In particular, the sole portions of the third to the sixth are small in size to protect very specific areas of the user's foot. For example, the sole portions of the third to the sixth occupy each, a surface at the base of the fabric body equal to or less than 4 cm2

As mentioned, these discrete portions of the sole allow a lightweight and flexible shoe that adapts to the user's foot and that has a wear resistance that is much higher than that of the state-of-the-art shoes. In particular, it has been found that the shoe of the present invention can have a shelf life of up to 6 months, while the state-of-the-art shoes have a shelf life of only one month or even only a few weeks .

Again advantageously, the shoe body comprises a substantially elastic base fabric to which said discrete sole portions are attached, said base fabric body being ergonomically shaped to adapt to the size and shape of the user's foot. Optionally, the elastic base fabric body is shaped sock so that it covers the foot and part of the leg. According to another embodiment, the fabric body may be shaped in a mesh form so that it covers the user's foot, leg and thigh.

In the present invention a substantially elastic base fabric will be understood as a fabric that includes synthetic fiber of elastomeric material, such as, for example, elastane or spandex fiber of the Lycra ® brand, preferably, a fabric that includes elastane or spandex fiber in an equal proportion or greater than 5% by weight with respect to the total fiber weight of the fabric, for example, a fabric that includes elastane or spandex fiber in a proportion equal to or greater than 10% by weight with respect to the total fiber weight of the fabric.

Advantageously, said elastic base fabric is a non-woven fabric or a fabric of

microfiber For example, a microfiber cloth that includes polyamide fiber and elastane fiber,

for example, a microfiber fabric from Klaus Schreck GmbH, which includes a proportion of elastane fiber greater than 10% by weight with respect to the total fiber weight of the microfiber fabric. It has been observed that nonwoven or microfiber tissue significantly improves the sensitivity of the feet without producing bags or wrinkles.

In the present invention by nonwoven fabric (in English: nonwoven fabric, in French: textile non-tissé), it will be understood a type of fabric produced by forming a network with fibers joined by mechanical, thermal or chemical processes, in particular a fabric formed without being the woven fibers, and without it being necessary to convert the fibers into thread.

Preferably, the fabric body comprises an inner reinforcing fabric attached to the elastic base fabric or microfiber fabric that forms the front part of the shoe body.

This inner fabric acts as a reinforcement toe that holds the area of the fingers and the middle tip, providing greater resistance against torsion to the set of materials that form the shoe. The toe or inner reinforcement fabric is sewn to the base fabric of the shoe and these two fabrics to the discrete sole portions of the front part of the shoe.

Preferably, the sole portions are made of leather of a thickness equal to or less than 2 mm, for example, of a thickness of 1.4 mm.

Advantageously, the inner reinforcing fabric comprises a protective silicone patch intended to be arranged in correspondence with the area of the toenails or with the toe of the user's toe. This patch can be, for example, a foam or silicone gel patch of the type used for conventional templates. It will be used to protect the toe and prevent the elastic base fabric from being punctured.

Optionally, the shoe may include a second protective silicone patch sized to be arranged in correspondence with the half tip of the user's foot to cushion impacts.

Preferably, the shoe includes an elastic fastening tape sewn on the edge or portion of the body of nonwoven fabric or microfiber fabric intended to surround the contour of the user's foot. This tape provides the necessary support to keep the shoe in the correct position, releasing the user from the pressure in the Achilles tendon that causes the adjustable fastening gums of the state of the art models.

Surprisingly, the present invention provides a lightweight shoe and adaptable to the curves of the user's foot but at the same time resistant to wear. The microfiber type elastic base fabric is breathable and can be washed without deformation. In addition, the shoe can dispense with the usual fastening straps on the instep, since the fabric body can include an elastic restraint rubber sewn on the edge of elastic base fabric that adapts to the contour of the foot without pressures.

Description of a preferred embodiment

A preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to Figures 1 to 6.

The shoe 1 of Figures 1 to 6 includes a substantially elastic base fabric shaped so as to define the body 2 of the shoe. As can be seen in Figure 1, the base of the fabric body 2 that is intended to be arranged in correspondence with the sole of the user's foot includes a plurality of soles discretely distributed to protect the most sensitive areas of the foot of the Username.

In particular, the shoe 1 of the present invention includes six discrete sole portions;

- a first discrete portion 3a is intended to be arranged in correspondence with at least a portion of the heel of the sole of the user's foot,

In figure 6 the correspondence of the mentioned discrete portions 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f of sole with the areas of the sole of the foot of the shoe 1 user is shown schematically. base of the body 2 of fabric equal to or less than 4 cm2, so that they can be placed apart from each other, protecting specific areas of the user's foot, without causing excessive wrinkles in the shoe 1 assembly.

As mentioned in the description of the invention, this discrete distribution of portions 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f of the sole allows to protect the most sensitive areas of the foot without losing flexibility in the fabric body 2. It has been observed that when the sole portions are separated from each other by the fabric body 2 itself, the formation of wrinkles and bags is very significantly avoided, which allows the shoe to adapt to the natural curves of the foot during the dance. In particular, the discrete portions 3c, 3d soleplate arranged to protect the proximal phalanx 4 of the big toe and the sesamoid bones 5 of the foot have been found to be very advantageous, since they protect the most punished areas of the foot during the middle dance tip. None of the shoes of the prior art contemplates the possibility of protecting these areas.

In the described embodiment, said discrete portions 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e and 3f of sole are attached to the base fabric body 2 and to an inner fabric 9 that acts as a reinforcement toe to hold the finger area. This inner reinforcement fabric 9 offers resistance against torsion to the assembly and insulates the foot from friction with the ground (see figure 5).

The fabric of the body 2 is a substantially elastic fabric, of non-woven fabric, or microfiber fabric, of the type that adapts very comfortably to the user's foot, such as, for example, a microfiber fabric of 87% polyamide and 16% elastane of Klaus Schreck GmbH. This non-woven fabric or microfiber fabric greatly improves the sensitivity of the feet.

As regards the inner reinforcement fabric 9, this may include a silicone protective patch 10 to prevent finger nails from piercing the elastic base fabric. The portions 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f, of soles are sewn to the base fabric and to the inner reinforcement fabric 9.

Figures 2 and 3 show an embodiment of the shoe 1 in which the fabric body 2 has been shaped sock so that it covers the foot and part of the leg. Figure 4 shows another embodiment of the shoe 1 that covers only the user's foot. In particular, Figure 3 represents a usual position of half-pointed dance. In this position the discrete portions 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f of sole of the front of the fabric body 2 are

in contact with the ground, protecting the user from impacts and protecting the fabric body 2 from wear.

The two embodiments of Figures 2 to 4 include an elastic fastening tape sewn on the edge 2a or portion 2b of the body 2 of nonwoven fabric, or microfiber fabric, intended to surround the contour of the user's foot. This tape provides the necessary support to keep the shoe in the correct position, releasing the user from the pressure on the Achilles tendon. Optionally, the shoe may include additional ribbons 12 intended to surround the instep of the foot as shown in Figure 4.

In summary, the present invention provides a very adaptable and wear-resistant shoe 1, which is breathable and substantially improves the sensitivity of the feet while respecting natural curves without producing bags or wrinkles.

Although reference has been made to a specific embodiment of the invention, it is evident to one skilled in the art that the shoe described is susceptible of numerous variations and modifications, and that all the mentioned details can be replaced by other technically equivalent ones. , without departing from the scope of protection defined by the appended claims.
